Treatments

From a routine clean to a full-mouth rebuild.

Twin Hearts is a general practice with a cosmetic and implant specialty, which means most cases are finished under one roof instead of being passed around.

Dental implants

Single missing teeth through to full-arch reconstruction, planned with x-ray imaging and placed in-clinic.

Implant dentistry

Veneers & cosmetic work

Chips, gaps, worn edges and discolouration corrected with veneers, crowns and composite bonding.

Cosmetic dentistry

Clear aligners

A certified aligner provider. Straighten crowded or spaced teeth with removable trays, no metal brackets.

IV sedation dentistry

For anxious patients and longer surgical visits. Sleep through treatment and wake up with the work finished.

Sedation

Braces & orthodontics

Conventional braces for bite problems and crowding that aligners alone cannot move into place.

Orthodontics

Cleaning & gum care

Deep scaling, periodontal treatment, fillings and extractions. The quiet work that keeps the rest lasting.

Inside the clinic

Equipment you would expect from a city centre practice.

Twin Hearts is built around precision work. The same case looks very different under magnification, and that is usually the difference between a repair that lasts five years and one that lasts fifteen.

  • Dental operating microscope. Decay margins, canals and crown fits checked at magnification, not by feel.
  • Portable digital x-ray. Images on screen in seconds, at a fraction of conventional film exposure.
  • Private, partitioned operatories. Treatment happens behind a door, not in an open row of chairs.
  • Chairside monitors. You see what the dentist sees before anything is agreed to.

Sedation dentistry

If the dentist is the appointment you keep postponing.

It might come from one bad experience years ago, or simply a dislike of needles and noise. Either way, avoidance makes the eventual treatment bigger.

Intravenous sedation puts you into a deep, comfortable sleep for the length of the procedure. It is used for surgical work such as wisdom tooth removal and implant placement, and for anyone who would rather not remember any of it. Most patients recall nothing between sitting down and being told it is finished.

Your dentists

Two dentists. One clinic. Three decades.

Twin Hearts is run by a husband and wife team who still treat every case personally. Patients see the same two people from the first consultation to the final fit.

Questions

Before you book.

The six things patients ask most, answered plainly.

Still not sure? Ask the front desk. Nobody will push you into a treatment plan over the phone.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Appointments are strongly preferred, and the clinic is usually booked a few days ahead. You can pick a slot online, call, or send the form above. Emergencies such as swelling, a broken tooth or severe pain are fitted in the same day whenever possible.

How much does treatment cost?

Cost depends entirely on what the teeth and gums actually need, which is why no honest figure can be given over the phone. The consultation includes an examination, the necessary x-rays and a written treatment plan with the costs broken down before anything begins.

Is IV sedation safe?

Yes, when it is administered and monitored properly. Your medical history is reviewed first, vital signs are watched throughout, and you will need a companion to take you home afterwards. It is routinely used for surgical extractions, implant placement and for patients with significant dental anxiety.

How long does an implant take from start to finish?

Most cases run three to six months. The implant is placed first, then left to fuse with the bone before the final crown is fitted. Healing time varies with bone quality and whether grafting is needed, and the plan will say which applies to you.

Do you treat children?

Yes. Check-ups, cleaning, fillings and sealants for children are part of the general practice, and the clinic sees whole families across several generations.

Where exactly is the clinic?

Second floor of the EC Center Building on Mindanao Avenue Extension, inside Neopolitan IV Brittany in Novaliches, Quezon City. There is parking on site, and the map opens directions in one tap.
